Sergey Kalantarov, Esq.

Mr. Kalantarov is the Founder and Principal Attorney at Kalantarov Law, PLLC. Mr. Kalantarov is licensed in the State of New and is a proud active member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Immigration– Mr. Kalantarov has successfully petitioned numerous family-based immigration applications and assists clients through the Naturalization and Citizenship process.

Business Law– Mr. Kalantarov is not only passionate (because passion tends to dissipate), but he is obsessed with Business Law. Mr. Kalantarov helps his clients throughout all the stages of business development, from the birth of a business concept, to licensure and business structure, to drafting, reviewing, and enforcing contracts, and on-going compliance with the respective governing agencies.

Real Estate– Mr. Kalantarov is a seasoned real estate professional with a dynamic background as both a real estate broker and a real estate attorney. This unique combination allows him to offer our clients an extraordinary level of service and expertise. This multifaceted approach ensures that every aspect of a transaction is handled with precision, from initial consultation to closing, giving clients peace of mind and confidence in their real estate journey.

Sergey Kalantarov, Esq. graduated suma cum laude from St. John’s University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies and a minor in Business Administration and Advertising. As an undergraduate, Mr. Kalantarov was placed on the Dean’s List for Academic Achievement every consecutive semester. Mr. Kalantarov was a member of the Legal Studies National Honor Society, Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society, and College of Professional Studies Honor Society. Additionally, Mr. Kalantarov interned for Nassau County Family Court Judge E. Dane.

Embracing the St. John’s University Vincentian Mission, Mr. Kalantarov attended St. John’s University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor degree. During his second year of law school, Mr. Kalantarov was a legal intern in the St. Vincent DePaul Legal Program, Child Advocacy Clinic where he zealously represented the interest of children clients in Family Court proceedings. Since graduating law school in May 2013, Mr. Kalantarov launched and successfully exited multiple business ventures.
